Why is the button text not vertical on phones?

Good afternoon!
The site has a regular button-button - prntscr.com/cn8o9d
But when viewed from the phone, the text is above the center - prntscr.com/cn8ob7
Tried different options. I set the height using padding. I set the height through height and line-height. Reworked the button into a regular link with inline-block and styles. Still one and the same.
Please tell me how to solve this problem?
