I am writing the first bot, I want to make a type of quiz in a group. The problem is that when I write to the bot in PM, then all messages reach him normally, but when I write to him in a group, nothing comes to him, what could be the problem?

In general, here's what you need to do:
1 Add yourself a botfather bot
2 create a bot, you can read how to create it here
3 then configure 2 parameters

/setjoingroups — Определяет, можно ли добавлять вашего бота в группы.
/setprivacy — Определяет, все ли сообщения видит ваш бот в группах. В выключенном состоянии роботу будут отправляться все сообщения.
