I'm trying to create a simple application on ROR, I do everything according to the instructions, I installed ruby ​​2.7.0, ROR 6, sq lite3. Next , I write $ rails new app and I only have config.ru, Gemfile, Rakefile, README.md installed and that's it!
The system is Ubuntu, just installed and everything is pro-upgrade, fresh. Tell me what could be the problem?
