Why is the activity checkbox not cleared for the second site on Bitrix?
There are two sites in the admin panel, one is not used.
I remove the activity for the second site, save it, but no changes are made.
I know that when deleting a site, you need to untie it from infoblocks, do you also need to untie it to remove activity?

You need to check in turn:
- Caching
- Event handlers
- Bugs (this is possible on a non-updated site or when installing beta versions)
