Why is text not showing on some devices on the OpenCart site?

Good afternoon. The site nwsignal.ru began to receive complaints from some potential customers that they did not display text. Rubic font. I was able to find a device on which the same story. When I turn off Rubik, the text appears, turn it off. On most devices everything is fine. Tell me where to dig?
