Why is stress-ng not working?

Hello.
I need to install stress-ng on Debian 7.
I download it from ftp.yandex.ru/debian/pool/main/s/stress-ng the latest one.
I unpack tar.gz
I write make
Next, the compilation seems to be going

On, going, going and ending:

Then I write stress-ng, and in response to me command not found.
