Why is some Hdd not visible in this windows?

There are several HDDs and 2 windows on different HDDs (changing windows from the BIOS by changing the boot HDD)
tell me why some HDDs are visible in 1 windows, and some in another?

Look in the "disk management", for sure all the disks are visible there. Perhaps the letters to the sections are not assigned, it can be solved in a few mouse clicks.

It's hard to understand what you write... But the problem, as I understand it, is related to disk initialization...
