Why is socket connection breaking?

All the best!
There is a small Flask socketio application (as a socket server) and a JS client. Everything works on LocalHost Once
everything worked well, but now I reinstalled Windows (for the third time) and now the connection between the client and the server is constantly torn, about every 3-4 seconds and is immediately restored. What could be the problem, where to dig, tell me please?
