Why is sending emails in the feedback form for the site not working?

Please help me figure out where there might be a "trick" in the problem of not working the feedback form for the site, with an attachment (file is attached) | HTML and PHP (downloaded here https://proverstka.com.ua/blog/skript-formy-obratn...After filling in all the form fields on the site, and pressing the "Submit" button, the screen displays "Data sent!" but for some reason the email is not coming. The script works on ajax, in the send.php file I changed in the 2nd line $to = '[email protected]'; to my address, and also removed $headers = "From: ".$email."\r\n" in the 36th line; because it seems that mail services can block the receipt of letters because of this. And in the 23rd line, engine.js changed in xhr.open("POST", "/send.php"); the location of send.php to the path where it is written on my site, but nothing helped. Help me figure out why the letters are not coming to the mail.
