Why is scrolling lag in PyCharm?

Good afternoon, a couple of days ago I switched from Windows 10 to Ubuntu 20.04.1 and there was such a problem.
In PyCharm from JetBrains, scrolling began to slow down a lot. Windows 10 didn't have this problem, so I can't figure out what's wrong. At what the program itself works fine, it doesn’t freeze, it doesn’t lag, but specifically when I start scrolling down / up, hard lags begin, even in a file on lines 400-600, although everything was ok on Windows.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700U
GPU: Radeon™ RX Vega 10 Graphics
RAM: 8 Gb

At least install drivers for your video card. Or change OS to Linux mint and install drivers.
But I would stay on Windows. Now there is no problem to develop on it.
