Why is rails_admin not loading styles?

I put the site on rails admin, uploaded it to the server in production, I open it, and there it’s like this:

what does other sites open normally .... and then something flew off, I can’t understand what ....

Try to add to config/environments/production.rb

config.assets.precompile += ['rails_admin/rails_admin.css', 'rails_admin/rails_admin.js']
