Why is radio btn in chrome gray on full screen?

Good afternoon, guys

There are radio buttons and for some reason during normal use they are disgusting gray, and if you go to devtools and turn on mobile emulation, it becomes normal blue.
Only in chrome. Firefox doesn't get sick like that.

Styles turned off completely and did not help

. UPD: the outline of the inputs also becomes discolored

Has anyone met with this?
