Why is pytelegrambotapi bot shutting down?

Hello, I am writing here because I can’t fix the problem of turning off the bot after it has been running for a short time. I even wrote a bot on the user side that would write to the bot every 15 seconds, but it still didn’t help, which is the most annoying thing in the user’s bot, this is also a problem. Help me please. Problem solved. Rewrote the bot on the aiogram library.

Perhaps the problem is not in the bot, but in the server on which it is deployed.
On which server is your Telegram bot deployed?
