Why is port 80 (mysticism) not forwarded after the power is turned off?
There is an ip camera, a Tenda AC1200 (AC6) router and a white ip. I wanted to access the web interface of the camera remotely. I set up a virtual server on the router (it's called that there) and made the camera's ip address 192.168.1.108 with port 80 redirected to port 80. I also made an ip camera with port 37777 to redirect to 37777 (mobile application port).
Everything works at the beginning. I access the external ip and immediately get to the camera, but then the light goes out on the object and after turning it on I can’t get to port 80. It doesn't even ping. At that time, there was a computer at the facility to which I connected (not RDP, but AnyDesk) and rebooted it through the router's web interface. It did not help, however, there was access to the ip camera through a remote PC. When he himself arrived, he rebooted the router by turning it off from the outlet for 10 minutes and (suddenly) everything worked.

Apparently there is some kind of "dirt" in the routing table. Turning off the router - resets this table.
Change the port from 80 to (for example, as I do 8080>> 80) Check, I think everything will be ok.
UPnP fails because there already IS a physical port forwarding configured. UPnP in such a scheme must be turned off
. With such constant 220v shutdowns, you will ruin the equipment. and a camera and a router and a PC. Install an uninterruptible, otherwise there will be problems
