Why is Phalcon not adding records to the table through the model?

Throws PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'nomer' in 'field list'.
I deleted the number column in the database, I don’t fill it anywhere in the model, maybe it was cached somewhere? And how to clear the cache if this can be?
