Why is our mail server IP blacklisted?

Hello, now I checked my IP address for presence in the black list and now it gave out this

And the reason is described as follows: v=spf1 -all What
is this reason for?

It looks like you have an SPF record in the domain from which you send mail, which generally prohibits sending mail from this domain.
It should look exactly like this: v=spf1 -all
Check TXT and SPF records in your domain.
