Why is Opencart 2 automatically user when changing fields in checkout simple?

It costs Opencart 2.2.0 on top of the plugin is simple 4.9.4 When you choose to buy a product and go to the cart. Then if you are not an authorized user, you have the opportunity to register. Appear by email and password in a compartment with the rest. So, if all the fields are filled in correctly and we change, for example, the delivery method or payment method or any other field, then the user is automatically registered without placing the order itself. What could be the reason? I understand that this is due to the validation of the fields after each change, but should registration take place in this case?

Have you contacted the author of the Simple module? Why not yet?

Because Simple doesn't just check fields on change.
It immediately creates an order, and then updates it when it changes.
There is some logic in this, it is a reserve for future work with abandoned baskets.
