Why is Open Graph on facebook sometimes formed incorrectly?

I post updates on facebook from time to time. For some of the news, an open graph is not formed and they look like this: https://prnt.sc/gph35f
You have to run the news through a special FB debugger https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object
At the same time, this the service constantly shows the same error: https://prnt.sc/gsl66n
Could not scrape the URL because it was rate limited and The "og:type" property is required, but not present
Smart people suggested that I was over the limit requests and I need to reduce the limit of web crawlers, I contacted the company accompanying my site, they told me that I do not have any limits for web crawlers.
Could you tell me what could be the problem and how can it be solved?

@zoonman

The first step is to specify the correct og:type .
After that, you need to start dealing with limiting the number of parsing calls to your page.
This limit is on Facebook's side. To get around this limitation, you need to make calls to parse your page less frequently. If you post news on Facebook, post less often.
I don't know what Amplifr app is, but I'll have to look into it, maybe it's configured or doesn't work properly.
