Why is only the IP address of the server shown and not the client (2 questions)?

1. So I launched the site in production, I get the client's IP address, and the server address (internal IP address) is shown. How to get client's IP address? Used standard functions, but there is no sense.
2. What is the best server location in Azure? What is better pinning with Moscow?

mod_rpaf, mod_remoteip depending on Apache version.
