Why is npm not installed with Node.Js?

After the next installation of Node.Js , I check if the "npm" command works ...
The terminal knocks out the following error:

C:\Users\Lenovo>npm -v
Command syntax error.
Error in command syntax.
Error in command syntax.
Unexpected appearance: /F.

I've been suffering all day, reinstalling Node versions - 5.7.0 , 10.14.0 , 8.13.0 , I thought - maybe it depends on the version?
Changed PATH in "Environment Variables" C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Roaming\npm and C:\Program Files\nodejs\ ..........
Tell me, what's the problem?
I didn't uncheck any boxes during installation.
