Why is node_modules not installed on npm i?

Good day, tell me why the following errors are obtained when installing webpack dependencies. The node modules folder appears only during installation and disappears immediately after. At first I thought that the assembly was a curve, but then I downloaded 2 more different ones and got the same errors.
PS I noticed errors with the python there and I can’t understand what the python has to do with it.

Well the error complains about the lack of python. Try to install.
However, I suspect the matter is in the Node version, the last LTS was released a week ago and packages can soar brains.
