Why is no browser allowed in jenkins?

On the server, jenkins is installed on port 8080 and nginx, which listens only on 80. When I try to enter jenkins, firefox issues:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to <domain>.com:8080. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
