Why is nginx wiki not available from the working machine (opens on others)?

Funny. Sites do not open https://www.nginx.com/resources/wiki/
Writes 404 Not Found.
The laptop has nginx installed. Did systemctl stop nginx - still won't open.
When entering from a virtual machine and changing the IP, the sites work. Those. the problem is on my laptop and it is most likely caused by nginx itself. What is this and how to fix it? I can't read the documentation normally now, damn it. Here are the devils.
