Why is my Internet connection disconnected?

I use the services of the provider "Green Point". The connection is made directly via LAN using VPN (L2TP). The problem was noticed only on Windows 10 (on Windows 7 & Fedora 23 everything works without problems).
After connecting to the network and starting to surf the Internet, the network suddenly disconnects, and this happens if I download large files or watch videos for example (when browsing lightweight pages, the connection does not disconnect (at least not so quickly)). When you try to reconnect, the error "The remote connection was not made because the name of the remote access server did notresolve.", But after a reboot, everything works OK again and so on in a circle.

try setting the vpn server address using ip address
