And in the minimum requirements on Steam, developers write what they themselves want to write, so they can easily overestimate or underestimate.

You need to study and see where you have subsidence. Maybe you have two browsers running in parallel, and there just isn’t enough RAM. Maybe the video card drivers are of some buggy version.
