Why is my AdSense income so different on different days?

There is a site with a small attendance (200-300 people a day). Installed Google Adsense. I noticed that on some days (I don’t see any dependence at all), the income is either 1-2 cents, or more than 40-50. With what it can be connected? The site does not fall, the traffic these days is about the same. It is clear that attendance is bottom, but even so, the spread is quite large.

Such drastic changes in revenue can be associated with a strong difference in the cost of clicks and their number.
If there are few clicks (low traffic) and especially expensive ones (currency markets, etc.), then the spread in bids can be large. When there are a lot of visitors, then this moment is leveled: the income is more stable. Compare monthly profits or increase traffic to minimize fluctuations.
In general, the income from Adsense is, in general, a random event. That is, there is some probability that users who have come to your site will click on the advertisement. If there are few users, it may turn out that either no one clicks them, or every second clicks.
I guess that's all I wanted to say)
