Why is mongo not installed on ubuntu?

Why, when installing mongi, it just displays these lines and does not install anything.

$ sudo apt-get install -y mongodb-org
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package mongodb-org

Either install the system package
Or add to sources.list

deb [ arch=amd64 ] https://repo.mongodb.org/apt/ubuntu xenial/mongodb-org/3.6 multiverse
