Why is mobile safari not accepting styles for some elements?

On the left is safari on iPhone 6, on the right is Chrome on Android.
What could possibly be the reason for safari not to accept styles?
Example - keratin-prof.ru/katalog/keratin-dlya-vyipryamleniy... after applying filters
