Why is Mikrotik hap ac such a low Wi-Fi speed?

Hello!
I got a home router Mikrotik hap ac. Set up. On the wire, the speed is excellent - 600 Mbps externally, but Wi-Fi from the phone catches very badly (3-4 Mbps). A little better from a laptop (35 Mbps), but also much worse than the previous ASUS router. I will clarify that ASUS is still working now and comparing the speed with it. Mikrotik is located 1 meter from the devices. I am attaching screenshots of settings and measurements. The latest firmware is 6.37.1. The rest of the settings did not change. Tx Power tried to change to different ones, but left default.

1. Select the least busy channel (you have 2437)
2. Instead of B / G / N, put only N
3. Make the channel width 20.

Remove default power, it exceeds 100mW

Remove wmm support, set frequency mode to regulatory-domain (something tells me that you don’t have a router now, but a microwave in the room), antenna gain to a real value (you can find it in the router specification).
Then, look at the CPU usage while using wi-fi. Isn't she 100%?
