Why is Manjaro 20.3 not installing?

When trying to boot from LiveUsb, an error is generated: "sh: can`t access tty: job control turned off".
What to do?

most likely the USB flash drive was written incorrectly,
choose the appropriate method for yourself: USB_flash_installation_medium

I usually write with Balena Etcher or ROSA Image Writer .
Both programs are good. Try and choose what suits you best. Good luck!
