Possible problems:
1) It is possible that the site was transferred incorrectly. Look for js errors in the browser console. Also make sure that all scripts and styles of the site are loaded correctly (exclude CORS)
2) It is possible that the host on which the site is located is blocking the port. Accordingly, write to the provider and let him figure it out.
3) Sometimes problems arise when the SSL certificate is connected incorrectly. Eliminate this problem too.
For starters, you can eliminate the above problems.
