Why is laravel throwing 404?

Why, when using the GuzzleHttp\Client package, when I send a GET request from the local computer, everything works, but when I send a 404 error from the combat server?
and even with the help of file_get_contents I try and also get an error, I understand that this is most likely not the case in Laravel, but can anyone come across?
on the other side (where I send the request) the route and all the cases are spelled out correctly (after all, the request works from the local server there).
