Why is Laravel ReCaptha not validating?

Hello, I installed recaptha in the project. I did everything according to the instructions:

However, the form is safely submitted without recaptha. That is, you can not even touch it, it still goes.

The form should be sent, it's up to you on the server to check if the captcha is valid, and return an error if it's not.
