Why is Kaspersky blocking requests?

Hello. Kaspersky began to block ajax, and even GET requests (for chunks).

There have been complaints from customers that the site is not working. After long trials through team weaver, they found the culprit - Kaspersky. It blocks (once again) ajax requests, and also blocks the loading of chunks.
We installed kaspersky for ourselves, it was not possible to reproduce the error, but customers still complain.

Most likely this happened after the api was transferred to another domain.

Has anyone experienced this? How do you solve this problem if you can not reproduce? thanks for answers

Maybe kaspersky is corrupted. In any case, there must be a reason in the logs. If there is no reason, then the program fails. You need to either eliminate the cause or reinstall Kaspersky.
