Why is java (android studio) loading the cpu?

For no reason at all in ubuntu 14.04, when Android Studio was launched, the processor began to load up to 100%. When working in the code editor in Android Studio, the CPU load jumps up to 40%. The task manager says that it is java that loads the percent.
Updated java to 1.8 (previously sat on 1.7). Updated android studio. Started another project. The problem remained :( (I was still playing with video drivers .. but I think this has nothing to do with java)
Well, it's just trouble, chagrin, comrades.!
Maybe someone had such troubles, please tell me where the dog is buried.
(14.04 LTS - 4.2. 2-040202-generic; i5 (2core) ; 8 GB RAM; Radeon 5670;)
