Why is it throwing a 419 error when submitting a form in an iframe?

Help with one problem, I made a form and then connected it via an iframe on another site, on the main form it is sent and everything is fine, but on the one where it is embedded it gives an error 419 Page Expired

did you disable csrf for this form?
csrf prevents other people's websites from sending to your site, it is designed to prevent forged request to use the site.
