I think the answer lies in the question: "young" + "cool" is not enough in any stacks and areas. We are constantly looking for ourselves, slowly expanding the team. They flow in a thin stream, but there are very few young people among them, yes ... It's like in that joke about our professional requirements:
- age up to 25 years
- experience of at least 15 years ...
And yes, why do you need young people? C++ was fashionable among the current 35-50 year olds, choose among them! There are very good specimens, IMHO :)
