Why is it not always possible to increase someone's karma?
I liked the post, I go to the author's profile (the page is fully loaded), I press to increase karma (once), then the following happens randomly: either karma increases, or nothing happens. In the second case, by pressing again, either nothing happens again, or the karma is reduced by one. Previously, at least a message was displayed that I voted for this author, but now it turns out that I screwed up a good person by lowering his karma, although I acted just the opposite.
Is this by design or am I missing something?

Give a link to the profile of the person who was spoiled and tell me what is displayed for you - maybe js is buggy or the browser cache is naughty
Perhaps this is the point :
Karma can be increased and decreased (this can be done daily, hourly, but not more than once every seven minutes ).
However, we open several worthy authors in a row - we try to give everyone what they deserve. Bummer: someone goes up, someone stays the same (in theory, according to the above rules, only the first one would get +1, since the rest are clearly open before seven minutes).
