Why is it impossible to register a domain containing fx characters in the im zone?

I'm trying to register a domain in the .im zone, in the name of which there are letters "fx". Any combination with these letters of any length turns out to be allegedly registered and inaccessible. For example jfsudfhsduuyufyx.im will be available but jfXsudfhsduuyufyx.im or jfsudfXhsduuyufyx.im will not be available. What could be the problem? Maybe the zone registrar has something incorrectly configured?
I checked mainly on name.com, but it also does not allow me to register on other registrars.

I will answer everyone right away.
1. It took me about 3 minutes to do this. I tried different variations of the domain, deliberately lengthened it to exclude employment, and noticed this phenomenon.
2. Sent a request to name.com.
3. Everything is more interesting here. On the main page of the same nic.ru, let's enter, for example, "gfgfgf.im". The domain is free and can be purchased. Let's change the address to "gfgfxgf.im". Busy. But we click on "busy" and follow the link https://www.nic.ru/whois/?domain=gfgfxgf.im where it says "Domain name is free!". Marvelous.
I must say right away that you can, of course, register here, but I would prefer name.com, for example.
On the site www.nic.im, any address with "fx"
I'll put forward the theory that two approaches are used to check for busyness, one of which fails on "fx" and gives "busy", and the second gives a true result. This failing approach prevents me from registering the desired address on name.com, gandi.net, blacknight.com, www.crazydomains.co.uk and others, answering that the domain name is allegedly taken.
