Why is index.php opening?

Good day. I uploaded a Laravel site to test1.craftdevelop.com, but the content of the index.php file opens.
If you run the command php artisan serve --host=my_ip, then the site will start on my ip on port 8000. But how to make it run through apache virtual hosts?

It is obvious to set up virtual hosts in Apache for this site. Just google "configuring apache virtual hosts", you can add "laravel" to the request, to be sure.
this is purely for simple testing.
