Why is Illustrator's workspace displaying badly?

When working, texts and contours are displayed very poorly. When saving, everything is fine, but it is unrealistic to work with such quality, I can’t even re-read what I write.

Press the combination Cmd + K and turn on anti-aliasing in the workspace (Anti-aliased Artwork in English).
