Why is Hyper-V so dumb?

On Windows 10, I decided to install Hyper-V in order to play around with this virtual machine (in order to have an idea for comparison with WMWare).
But after installation, Windows is very stupid, although everything flies on the same WMWare (the virtual machines are on the same HDD, so the problem is not in the disk)

I have a question, when installing WMWare on a machine, I still have to deliver WMWare tools, do I need to Hyper-V after installation, too, something to load or install additional?

Typically, the Hyper-v management snap-in and the Powershell extension are installed with Hyper-v. That is, everything you need is already installed.
The correct name is VMWare.
There should be no catastrophic difference in performance in modern hypervisors. In terms of performance, they have a percentage difference, that is, it is imperceptible.
Something in the settings of the virtual machine, OS, hypervisor. Are you running both VMWare and Hyper-V on the same host at the same time?
