Why is :hover not working for svg?

There is a picture in the .svg
format Styles are written on :hover plus a media query
on the media query when the window width is reduced, the color of the picture changes
here in the sandbox everything works, I
upload it to the server and :hover stops working, although the media query still works
I can’t figure out how so-and-so(
Please help!
