Why is horizontal-justify for display: inline-block not working in IE?

Tell me how to make the alignment to the width of the blocks with display:inline-block in IE. I checked this example in Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge, Safari, everything is fine in them, but in IE even 11 is left-aligned.

if in .fix-inline-block remove font-size: 0; it works XD
