Why is Helvetica in the input a couple of pixels taller?

Helvetica is connected on the site and on mobile devices it is located just above the area in which it should be

For example, on the second screen, Arial is connected in the second input.

I tried to connect different Helvetica fonts (Neue, NeueCyr) the result is the same.
With what it can be connected?
padding and so on does not help, because it moves the blue block itself where the text should be, and not inside it

It's hard to tell without seeing the code directly. Pour the markup and styles on the codepen, it will be easier to figure it out.
Offhand, I can assume that the problem is in the line-height.
