Why is half of the memory being used to empty?

I go to the resource monitor (and not only), and I see that when only one browser is running, 4 GB of memory is used out of 6, what could be the reason for this? There are no viruses. Maybe I'll attach a screenshot from GPU-Z and resource monitor
