Why is gulp so slow in WebStorm?

I started writing a project in sublime, but suddenly it dawned on me to try WebStorm.
Everything seems to suit, but for some reason, gulp began to work slowly. In sublime, everything happened
instantly, but here with a minute delay. In fact, I did nothing, but launched my assembly
through the gui.
And I also have gulp running the browser-sync server, the address of which I also specified in the ide settings.
What could be the problem and how to solve it?
