Why is Gulp not updating html?

Spent a lot of time looking for an answer. So I didn't find anything working.
Can someone tell me what is wrong with this code:

var gulp = require('gulp'),
  sass = require('gulp-sass'),
  browserSync = require('browser-sync');

gulp.task('sass', function() {
  return gulp.src('app/sass/**/*.sass')
  .pipe(sass())
  .pipe(gulp.dest('app/css'))
  .pipe(browserSync.reload({stream: true}))
});

gulp.task('browser-sync', function() {
  browserSync({
    server: {
      baseDir: 'app'
    },
    notify: false
  });
});


gulp.task('watch', ['browser-sync', 'sass'], function() {
  gulp.watch('app/sass/**/*.sass', ['sass']);
  gulp.watch('app/*.hmtl', browserSync.reload);
  gulp.watch('app/js/**/*.js', browserSync.reload);
});

Sass compiles fine, updates are automatic.
The problem, in fact, is only with html. (I'm tired of stretching my finger to F5 every time).
