Why is Gulp not picking up css files?

Hello! I'm new to Gulp, can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I installed the assembly https://github.com/zellwk/gulp-starter-csstricks.
Everything works, but for some reason the css files are not collected into one. How to fix it?

You don't need to type anything, at this point gulp is watching for changes and will build when they are available.
