Why is gulp-imagemin very bad at compressing files?

I am using gulp-image-optimization. I decided to test the difference in image shrinkage from https://tinyjpg.com/ . So the Galpov plug-in squeezes 5 times less than a manual service. Exposed optimizationLevel, does not help

to compress png - optipng/pngquant
